My Story
An Idea Is Born
Kay De Loach always knew that she would become a business owner. Her strengths and determination compliments each other. In 2002 she created Women @ Work Business Consortium, a non-profit organization that promotes community outreach and provides services to the under-represented communities such as building businesses, starting businesses and youth outreach, and all that ensures financial independence to the communities they grew up in. In 2003 she adopted a curriculum and started Provider's Overload Medical Institute, a school that offered medical billing and coding training in Lancaster, CA, Atlanta, GA and Phoenix, AZ. Today Kay has designed a curriculum that will not only offer industry-validated training but offers a program with no Tuition nor worries about student loans. Their training allows you learn online by sitting in a live virtual class. Her technique stands out against the traditional online classes where you submit and email classwork back and forth with no actual instructor present.

Kay De Loach is the CEO and Founder of Provider's Overload Medical Institute which is a subsidiary to Provider's Overload Medical Reimbursement Group and Women @ Work Business Consortium & Global Conglomerate. Kay Carter has been in the Healthcare Administrative industry for over 30 years and has been teaching Medical Billing and Coding for 20 years. She has a passion for turning people's lives around by providing quality education to her students. As a seasoned instructor she has a gift in relating to people from all walks of life. Kay is an effective and efficient instructor who knows the importance of the 3 different learning styles and she displays an analytical ability in her teaching by accommodating her students in teaching methods for the visual learner, auditory learner and hands-on learner. Kay is now implementing her vision by offering live virtual online classes to ensure those who have previously taken a traditional online classes that online learning is not only emailing an instructor back and forth but her approach offers live visual communication with her students which GUARANTEES they will comprehend and retain the information that is taught to them.

Provider's Overload Medical Institute
Provider's Overload MI offers a curriculum in Medical Billing and coding where it's approach offers a detail of knowledge that guarantees a rewarding career. Our program is designed to qualify our students to work in many facets of Healthcare Administration: ranging from Medical Records clerk, Medical billing specialist, Medical Coding specialist, Medical receptionist, front end clerk, emergency room patient access representative, hospital patient finance representative, health claims processor and more. This field is stable and has much room for advancement. In our learning technique you are able to learn anywhere, from the comfort of your own home to a local Starbucks. You will sign into your class and watch and listen to your instructor live while answering your questions in real time. This approach ensures the effectiveness of your learning experience. The classes are 2 1/2 hours and meet twice a week, the Saturday Classes meet from 8am to 1pm. The bulk of your assignments are done at your own pace independently. There are no pre-requisites for these course, if you do not have a high school diploma it's ok... for those who would like to obtain one, we offer a high school diploma class for one hour a day free of charge to obtain your diploma while you are enrolled in the Medical Billing and Coding Classes.
